OMG, second day in a row of not-very-obscure! 8·O Well, I have my reasons. Music for Pleasure was The Damned's second album, and it's unfairly maligned. I happen to love it. It was one of the first punk rock albums I ever bought and possibly the first I bought by them; either it or The Black Album. This song has always reminded me of yesterday's song. It's not that they sound the same, but the music has the same feeling of rapidly spinning sideways. Interesting bit o' trivia: UFO founding member and bassist Pete Way was replaced by Paul Grey, bassist number three of The Damned.
